Description
This brief explores how health plans participating in PRIDE (Promoting Integrated Care for Dual Eligibles), a project made possible by The Commonwealth Fund, are addressing members’ service needs beyond the scope of traditionally covered Medicare and Medicaid services to improve health outcomes and address social determinants of health. The brief also discusses several policy considerations related to the provision of value-added services.
